Workout: 5 exercises, each done for 20 seconds. 3 Rounds. (Modification in parentheses) Equipment: mat (optional) - Sideways Line Jumps (Line Step Overs)- Tuck jumps (High Knee Steps)- Crisscross Jacks (Crisscross Step Jacks)- Cross Country Skiers (Reverse Lunges)- Scissor leg lifts
