To motivate C's, give them clear directions, describe the routines and do NOT change the process last minute. They like predictability and a timeline with a clear end goal. Give them time to think! Make them a part of your quality control team. They can be hard on themselves, especially if they don't meet their goals or deadlines. So if you want to help them, compliment the work they have done instead of the people that they are.
