Workout: 5 exercises, each done for 30 seconds. 2 Rounds. Equipment: 12” box/coffee table/ottoman, hand weights, mat (optional) - Toe Tap Squats- Push-Up Shoulder Taps- Bridges with Marching- Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press- Skaters
