I met Ruth “coincidentally” here in Cambodia, and after connecting, we realized we had a mutual friend. She is truly a breath of fresh air and every time I speak with Ruth I am reminded of the importance of curiosity, kindness, and compassion.
In this episode, we discussed the importance of self-love and using one’s intuition, as well as the changing perceptions of hustle culture and the importance of working from a place of love and service.
We also discussed the importance of a lifelong love of learning and the challenges of navigating energy levels and emotions. Ruth shared her experience with Lyme disease and how she transformed it into wisdom and strength, as well as trusting the divine and allowing it to guide us into becoming our best selves.

Her qualifications include Breakthrough Coaching, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course and Authentic Leadership & Facilitation Training, along with her certification as a yoga instructor. She has also attended several 10-day Vipassana meditation retreats, including her first one in India.
