An autoimmune disease became the center of Kariman Pierce's life and work. So much that she felt she should be wearing a post-it note on her forehead. She decided it was time to make a career change so Kariman attended a leadership training. She used this time to create space for healing her heart and discover what she was meant to do next. During the leadership training she had two major breakthroughs that showed her the next steps to find her path and purpose.
