This episode I will be discussing part of what life after loss has looked like for me thus far. My grief journey has not been linear in the slightest but there have been some major shifts that i've noticed during the first several months after losing my mom. My journey with grief will be ongoing and something that I will continue to be able to expand on and give more insight, but for now this is part 1.
