Along the way we discuss rejecting the rules and substituting your own, the sort of awakenings one can have watching an Austin Powers movie, and I get an honest-to-God Math of You exclusive that I’m really happy happened.  Signature Cocktail: The Crystal Gem  When the Crystal gem enters the barroom, if you didn’t order it, you lose the game. When the Crystal Gem is drank by a player, that player wins the game.  1.5oz tequila 3/4oz lime juice 1/4oz peach schnapps 1/3oz simple syrup 1/2oz blue curaçao Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, and dip in salt. Combine ingredients, except blue curaçao in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into glass. Using a straw or an eye-dropper.
