Fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals! That is what we are all about. Heck, our podcast is called the “Fundamental Entrepreneur Podcast. We have talked about the fundamentals and we will continue to talk about the fundamentals going forward. Why? Because we believe that just like a professional athlete or musician, we as business owners/entrepreneurs need to understand and master business fundamentals to achieve the highest level of success.

Starting this April 2021, we will be focusing on five fundamental areas of business on this podcast and all our social media posts. These areas are: financial/reporting, operational, mindset, professional network, and support system. Each week we will be focusing on one topic that fits into one of these five fundamental areas. Our podcast, blog, and social media posts will all be focused on the weekly topic.

Our hope is this laser focus each week on one topic will provide you our listener with the tools needed to take actional steps to improve your fundamental foundation, which will in turn propel you to success quicker and more efficiently that you are currently experiencing.

In addition, we still plan to have entrepreneurs just like you join the podcast once a month to share their entrepreneurial journey in our “This is Their Story” segment. We love these stories and find them some empowering and motivating so we will continue to share them with you.
