Johnny breaks down the best pie in New York's Finger Lakes region where Twisted Branch takes place. Then we do our UTMB Preview and make podium picks for the women and the men along with a Wildcard pick for each. We end by going over where Mike Wardian and Tara Dower are on the AT as they are both doing a through run for different charities. Tara is going for the FKT.
