📻 Episode 04: ノートブックと格言

“Notebook Power & Words That Stay with Us”

今回は、日本のポッドキャストイベントに参加🎙️
We talked about the podcast event in Japan.

イプセンさんはふだんノートを取らないタイプ。
Ipsen usually doesn’t take notes in class.
でも、大学の犯罪捜査（Criminal Investigation）の授業では “ノート持ち込み”でテストがありました。
So for his class, there was an open notebook exam.
彼はなんと2冊のノートをびっしり書いて、いい点数をとることができました！📚👏

ひらくのテキストブックも、書き込み式でたくさん書いて学んでいます✍️
The Hiraku textbook also encourages writing, so he's been using it to reflect and learn actively.

一方、タツさんはこれまでのHiraku Buddyとのノートを見返しながら、日本にいるBuddyたちにことばを届けています。
Tatsu looks back on his notes with past Hiraku Buddies and shares messages with current learners.

彼が紹介した言葉のひとつがこちら：

“Wake up determined, sleep satisfied.”
「決意をもって目覚め、満足して眠る」
この言葉は、「1日をしっかり生きよう」という前向きなメッセージ。
It’s a reminder to start each day with purpose and end it with a sense of fulfillment.

もうひとつの名言は：

雨だれ石を穿つ – Even small efforts can wear down stone.
Little steps, taken every day, can make a big difference over time.
