Signature Cocktail: the Gimlet

Classic, old fashioned, and single-handedly responsible for some of the most popular drinks in the world today.

2oz botanical gin
1oz lime juice dry vermouth
3/4oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to combine.
