Carbohydrates are the most recent victim of the diet industry. The reality is that your body needs carbohydrates. Unless you have a medical reason to severely limit your carbohydrate intake (e.g. drug resistant epilepsy), consuming a diet moderate in high quality carbohydrates carries fewer long term risks and is much more sustainable.
This episode is the second of a multi-part series about nutrition where you will learn to think about carbohydrates in terms of simple vs. complex instead of good vs. bad. We will also cover carbohydrate intake needs needs and when to eat them.
