After consulting for the Israeli Army for 10 years in a male dominated field, Maya took a big leap of faith to start her own consulting firm. She had a realization that she wanted to also help women in leadership. She found a way to overlap her passion with what she is amazingly talented at to create a helping strengthen the women she serves. With her honed self-awareness skills, she is able to coach women in executive roles to elevate and improve their leadership skills.
