Signature Cocktail: the Majesty

Sorry you must excuse me/I've painted my own Mona Lisa/She's fixed everything/Now I'm spoiled beyond my wildest dreams.

2oz Calvados
1/2oz sweet vermouth
1/2oz dry vermouth
1/4oz maple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigourously for 30 seconds. Strain into an cocktail glass.
