Signature Cocktail: the Firestar

Sophisticated, strong and independent, this drink is no one’s sidekick. 

1.5oz Cognac VSOP
3/4oz lemon juice
1/2oz honey syrup
1/3oz extra dry vermouth
1/4oz creme du banane
1 dash Angostura bitters
cinnamon stick, for garnish
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigourously. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with cinnamon stick.
