Signature Cocktail: Miss Yvonne

Truly a concoction worth of the Most Beautiful Woman In Puppetland.

1oz botanical gin
1/2oz lemon juice
1/2oz simple syrup
1 egg white
amber ale
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker, add egg white and shake vigourously without ice until emulsified. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass, and top up with amber ale, and finish with 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.
