Jacob speaks about how until meeting and working with Broch, he had never met anyone who really cared about a customer from the beginning of transaction to the end of transaction and who continued the relationship whilst building wealth. Jacob states that he trusted Broch initially because he treated him like a friend from day 1 and has really helped him create wealth through real estate since knowing each other.
