Once you close on your new home purchase and you are ready to open the door for the first time, don't be surprised if there are a few things which may need attention. A few stains on the carpet you didn't see. Scuffs on the walls.  

Or even a few under sink small leaks from lack of use.  It is totally normal and most of the time a very small item.  

Don't panic over it!
