Signature Cocktail: The Hellraiser

This cocktail is interesting and important, like a TV show you make someone cry over.

2oz bourbon

1oz grapefruit juice

1/2oz lime juice

1/4oz simple syrup or agave syrup

2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

1 sage leaf

Combine all ingredients except sage in a shaker with ice, shake vigourously and strain into a cocktail glass. Hold the sage in your hand and clap twice to release the aroma, then float on top.
