Signature Cocktail: Super Rocket X-1

Guaranteed to fuel your next big dumb wonderful idea.

• 1 1/2oz botanical gin
• 1/2oz limoncello
• 1/2oz lemon juice
• 1/3oz maraschino liqueur, such as Luxardo
• 2oz sparkling water or club soda
• Sprig of thyme for garnish 

Combine gin, limoncello, Luxardo, and lemon juice with ice in tall glass, and top up with soda, and garnish with thyme.
