Signature Cocktail: The Cherry Velvet #2

A convivial drink for when you’re having a great time… all on your own.

• 1 1/2oz cognac
• 1/3oz amaro montenegro
• 1/2oz sweet vermouth
• 1/2oz Pedro Ximenez sherry
• cherry, for garnish

Combine liquors in an old fashioned glass over ice and stir to combine. Garnish with cherry.
