Our guest this week is Michael Sarraille, CEO of the Talent War Group. Mike has served as a Marine Scout Sniper, Navy SEAL where he earned the silver star, 6 bronze stars and a purple heart while on deployments on the global war on terror. He's the founder and CEO of the Talent War Group, the Co-Author of the "Talent War" book, the Board of Director of the VETTED program, a Texas McCombs MBA grad and an expert on talent acquisition. He also is the former principal of Echelon Front, a management consulting firm alongside Jocko WIllink and Leif Babin.  We talk through his recruiting story, his philosophy on both leadership and talent and what the special forces community can teach the business community.
