Welcome to Positivity at Work. Today we have the opportunity to talk about management and career growth with Pete Dotlich, Regional Operations Manager at Fastenal.  

Pete has tons of experience in the wholesale industry, sales, business development, AND Operations. He is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, which is where I met Pete, years ago.

One more thing I want you to know about Pete. He is the kindest, most positive person I know, and I am super excited to have this conversation with him. I met Pete during our time in college at Baldwin-Wallace University in Northeast Ohio. Pete played football at BW with my now husband, Mike Berg.
