Today I have the joy of introducing you to Mr. Mike Jarrett, President of Jarrett Logistics, a company that provides end-to-end supply chain solutions. Mike founded Jarrett Logistics in 1999, and since then, has also founded PackShip USA, Jarrett Warehousing, Jarrett Fleet Services, Zephyrs Fitness, Crossfit Orrville, Baja West Coast Kitchen, and Old Carolina Barbecue. As you can see Mike has diverse business and leadership experiences and an entrepreneurial spirit. He views business ethics, employee character and operational efficiency as keys to success for Jarrett. Most of all, what I want you to know about Mike is that he has a heart for serving others, sharing his knowledge and experience with others, and positively impacting everyone he meets. Age has no impact on success, and no one lives this out more than Joe Knopp. Joe is a Junior in college, a business major, and a person with passion for serving others. Joe describes himself as an Opportunity Orchestrator and a start up junky. At his young age of 20, he has started two businesses, but none of them positively impact the world. Nic is a business-savvy strategist with broad experience in equity research, M&A, project management and investment analysis. Sometimes you meet people throughout your life who become a part of your life. That is how I think of Mr. Nate Davis. I met Nate while teaching at Malone University in northeast Ohio. He was a student of mine, and student leader on the SIFE team I coached. Today, a decade later, Nate serves as an Enterprise Account Executive at Veeva Systems, headquartered in California. But Nate works out of North Carolina, and soon back to his home in Ohio. You see, Nate works remotely for Veeva Systems. Nate has perfected the art of working remotely, building a successful remote team, and always....always...staying positive. I can't wait for you to get to know Nate, and learn from him how to find opportunity through positivity.

Welcome to Positivity @ Work! In our inaugural episode, I have the joy of speaking with Mr. Clark Harvey, Executive Director, Brighter Days Foundation, and President, Arrowhead Talent Solutions. As Executive Director of the Brighter Days Foundation, he works with the charitable foundation of PGA golfer Jason Day, working to meet basic needs, give hope, and support child-serving organizations in Central Ohio. As President of Arrowhead Talent Solutions, Clark helps employers hire great people, and employees promote themselves in today’s job market, providing coaching while revamping their resumes and LinkedIn profiles to cut through the noise and greatly increase their chances of getting hired.
