It was a brisk January day in Mesa, Arizona in 1999. Mikelle and her sister Kimber wait outside their suburban neighborhood home for the ice cream truck. When Kimber gets too cold, she decides to go inside. 90 seconds later, when she comes back out to get her sister, Mikelle is gone. Her bike is laying in the road, wheels still spinning and her two quarters for the ice cream truck laying nearby.
