Signature Cocktail: Damascus Thyme

My sword doesn't thirst as much as it did when I was younger.

• 2oz bourbon
• 1 sprig thyme
• 1/2oz maple syrup
• 1/2oz lemon juice
• lemon twist and thyme spring for garnish

Muddle thyme leaves, than add other ingredients, then ice and stir. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with thyme sprig and a twist.
