Hello My Loves,

Welcome to the kick start of your meditation journey! My weekly podcast meditation is aimed at helping new meditators to start meditating and sticking to a routine that works for them! Therefore I welcome all suggestions from you in the comments to share your valuable feedback on how I can create a better experience next time ex: duration time, types of meditation style, music etc.

The goal here is for you to continue to follow this guided meditation everyday for the next week and return here Wednesday for a new practice. Don’t be discouraged if life gets in the way and you don’t sit for a day…. return to your daily practice as soon as you can, this is a practice of a lifetime.

My sincere hope is if I can provide this to you for free, more people can become mindful and spread this ancient practice to others so we can live in harmony and peace within.
