Hello Friends and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!
I took some time off work and completely surrendered and enjoyed my holiday festivities and now I’m back, filled with lots of inspiration and motivation for a fabulous 2020!
Today’s meditation practice I guide you on a series of mantra to recite, cultivating love for yourself and others, what a great way to start off the New Year.
Let me know in the comments any challenges you may have about maintaining a daily practice and I hope to address that in a new blog post soon, or, we can get the conversation going right on this page.
As always, no practice can yield results without consistency, so I invite you to return daily for guided practice or if you prefer, just set a simple timer of your choice of 5-10 minutes etc. and focus on the in and out breath…. please let me know how I can support you.
