Today’s meditation, I lead you on a journey of scanning each body part as an anchor for your monkey mind. This practice also helps to instantly relax you into stillness as you provide awareness, you ultimately relax the entire body. This is a great practice when you have a lot on your mind and cannot focus, if you are under a lot of stress, or great before bed time.
As always, please provide me with feedback on how I can create better content for you next time, I would really appreciate it.
The idea of these meditation is for you to return back to the practice everyday for the next week until I release a new practice. Only dedication on your part to show up for yourselves each day will yield permanent change, I can only be the provider of content, YOU need to take action to create great habits in your life.
