Today’s meditation is focusing on cultivating love and kindness to everyone in the world and the most important person, YOU. We live in a society where our days are consumed by to-do lists and our priorities are often off track. I will guide you through a practice where you will be centring your mind and heart back to what is most important in life, which is to live lovingly and compassionately.
The idea is to commit to this meditation each day for the next 7 days to strengthen your practice and create lasting change for a mindful and peaceful internal world. As you strengthen your practice, I invite you to try sitting in silence with a clock timer set to your desired time and just focus on your breath. This can also be very powerful. My mission is for you to create a consistent practice so you no longer need to rely on my guidance.
