Let's Podcast about it! Was created by myself host Ryan Taylor with the desire to foster deeper connections with those I love. To put down the facade we so often use to shield ourselves from the emotional lows that can come from disappointment and shame. To instead open our hearts up and share our deepest desires, fears, and passions. Because while the facade that we are all okay and we all live a perfect life can at times help protect us from the threats of shame, they equally mute the everyday joy which can come from living a whole hearted life.
