In this very first true episode of Self-Charismatic, I don't have a script and word-vomit for twenty minutes discussing a wide range of topics. Tomorrow I return to therapy for the first time in 6 months, as well as get official confirmation on a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder diagnosis.
