Hey everyone,  For the 1st episode, this is an introduction to who I am and what the podcast is generally going to be about. As I am starting this in January when everyone decides it's the time to start training again, this podcast addresses some myths online regarding running. In this podcast I have addressed some of these including what type of running shoe is best? is running bad for your joints? Does barefoot running reduce injuries?  And a few more myths out there.
