Episode 1 or Are We Basically Your New Gurus?

We are The Small and the Angsty or Sarah Hinchcliff and Sam Henning. We are two slightly undersized (small), very angsty individuals living in Los Angeles who use humor to cope with depression, anxiety, and the many struggles of life. Every week we sit down (often with a drink) to hash out our anguish about our lives and the world at large. We hope that we can help break down stigmas and open up new conversations about mental health, and if we can't do that, we hope we can at least make you laugh.
