Follow us as we take our first tentative steps as sandwich critics by playing it super safe and going straight to ‘Subway’. That’s right, episode one is about as conservative as its gets but we wanted to start with an old favourite; a sandwich which really deserves the utmost respect and attention (if you can look past where the meat was sourced): the ‘Italian BMT’.
