Mike is the founder of Rewind.io. Rewind gives you control and protection over the cloud apps you use by creating automatic backups allowing you to recover your accounts from any disaster.

While most users now store all data in the cloud, it's an assumption to think everthing is saved. In the case of Shopify, if you make a change such as deleting a product or menu item by accident, it's actually not recoverable. And that's why Mike came up with Rewind.io.

Mike gives us an insight into how he conceived the idea for a back up app, explains how he sells through the Shopify apps store and shares his experience to date.
