The Millennials II Society podcast launches its first episode on New Year's Day discussing the good, the bad and the UGLY when it comes to the millennial experience. As with all new experiences, working has been quite the adjustment and the group discusses that including what they enjoy and dislike at their jobs and advice for recent grads.
