Evolution has given us so many tools that we need for survival. Scientists have spent time analyzing how our emotions play a role in survival. We need to recognize facial expressions and physical cues of other humans so that we know if they are friend or foe. We have adapted to identify aggression, joy, fear, etc. As I went along my healing journey I discovered another reason for emotions. There are no good or bad emotions. We have adapted to need all emotions. So what other purposes do our emotions service. I identified that there is a spiritual positioning system which helps guide us towards our purpose. Expanding emotions such as joy and love are leading us on the path to radical happiness, to synchronicities which move us to our biggest, most exceptional self. Contracting emotions are the guardrails which are letting us know that we need to get back on the path.
