Welcome to the first episode of the Tog and Thel Podcast. A podcast about a year long journey of knitting entirely with Icelandic  wool.  We will be discovering all the qualities of this special fiber, and telling stories about Icelandic sheep, the people who raise this ancient sheep breed, and the people who spin and knit with the wool, while exploring the uniquely symbiotic relationship between the land, the sheep, and the people of Iceland.

Today, I will set the scene by filling you in on what this podcast is all about, the meaning of the title, and what kind of content you can expect in the upcoming episodes.
