Jen and Katherine are excited to kick off their first episode by providing you all with all the details you need when deciding if this is going to be a series you’ll be saving and coming back to week after week (we think it will be! ).

We’ll start by providing a little background into both Jen and Kathy – their journey through HR and now into the world of life coaching. They’ll each share how the foundational elements they have learned through mindset coaching has been transformational in the way they each approach now approach the field of Human Resources.

Then, they’ll jump into what magnetized them together as collaborators. From the moment they met, they both knew their chemistry was something special.

Creating a podcast is quite literally a dream come true for both Kathy and Jen and as they began to discuss concepts for a podcast series, the magic began to overflow!

They both quickly realized that what they envision offering is going to be so different than anything else out there AND it’s incredibly needed within the HR community!
