Bridget is a 29-year-old Australian woman and a proud mother of two. After being diagnosed with ADHD combined presentation in 2022, she has become passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding neurodivergent conditions.
Bridget shares her experiences and advocates for neurodiversity with those in her personal life. In her free time, Bridget enjoys traveling in her caravan, exploring op shops, spending time at the beach, and indulging in Japanese cuisine.
We talk about her experiences with RSD, stimulant medication, autoimmune diseases, unmasking and ADHD advocacy. She explains how her "whole life made sense" after receiving a diagnosis.
