Today I woke up not feeling myself. My morning routine was off. My love is away for the day so I never sleep well without him and things just felt so out of source. I felt so annoyed and frustrated and overwhelmed.
Instead of spinning and staying in this stuck "mood", I sat on the grass, closed my eyes and smoked my favourite joint. Then I just, sat. and felt, and listened and began to connect my breath to movement and did some expressive moment in the form of yoga. Here, I share the messages I received.
