Today I’m chatting about something I have definitely been guilty of and wanted to shed some light upon the subject as its massive when it comes to your expansion and growth.

Spiritual bypassing is the use of spiritual concepts, ideas, and tools to deflect from doing our own internal work (and outer work too) and essentially bypassing the unpleasant shit that we’d rather not face! It can be easier to use spiritual tools as a way to give away our power and to take us away from the work we are really here to do.  

I’m sharing 6 ways you may be avoiding doing sometimes unpleasant and uncomfortable work of the soul by spiritual bypassing.
