I have spend the better part of 10 years working with primarily female nurses and I have remembered all of the stories. With that I've collected some ideas that I feel are often overlooked.

This could be a guide for females into how males work, but the reality is it doesn't matter who you are (gender, race, and sexual orientation). These are a look into what I've gathered about people are how they interact.

Part of this are personal stories, other parts are observations I've made on others. Don't worry I'm not giving away your secrets!
