Angie Redecopp is the owner of Impact Business Law. She is a corporate & ESG lawyer that is a business & human rights advocate.
Angie Redecopp worked for 10+ years in Calgary with two of Canada’s largest corporate law firms – what is now Norton Rose Fulbright and Borden Ladner Gervais, leaving as partner with BLG in 2011. Angie worked with a range of clients, from start-ups to public companies, from oil & gas to tech companies. Then Angie went on to work with International Justice Mission, an international non-profit focused on human rights, and later Ambrose University, as a business professor here in Calgary. Now Angie is practicing law again as a solo practitioner focused on start-ups and small-medium sized businesses – traditional legal services on starting up, day-to-day and transactional legal needs, as well as advising on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Angie has designed her practice around up-front pricing, accessibility and simply making the process of using legal services easier, while still delivering top quality products and advice. Angie serves client directly and through the www.goodlawyer.ca platform, which shares her values on accessible legal services.
