Trying something new can be scary in more ways than one. Putting yourself out there is one of the most challenging first steps anyone can take. But we assure you that most of the time, when the new things are for the better, like trying out CrossFit for the first time, the benefits outweigh the cost.


In this special episode, Chris talks about learning how to step out of your comfort zone to explore personal growth and learning. Even kids regress when they remain unchallenged intellectually. Encouraging not just kids, but everyone to increase brain stimulation has shown to help with slowing memory loss and the signs of aging.


Chris and Megan Davis live in Florida with their two sons and operate Triforce CrossFit, a gym where the vision is to help people become more healthy, fit, and confident.
