The term “crossfit” can mean different things to different people. For some, it is a way to stay fit and healthy. For others, it is a way to push themselves to their limits. And for some, it is a way to find a community of like-minded individuals. No matter what crossfit means to you, one thing is for sure – it is never the same. Every day is a new challenge, every workout is a new adventure. This is what makes crossfit so exciting and so addicting.
Danielle Kruse shares her roller-coaster fitness journey. Her journey hasn’t just been filled with ups and downs but with speed ups and slow downs too. With experiences in dancing as a child, doing cardio, and working out before finding CrossFit, she has definitely gained the right to call her journey a roller-coaster. Chris, Megan, and Danielle talk little bit about her journey and about the new gym that she's managing, with Chris’ coaching from athlete to coach to guide her into helping her clients become fitter and healthier!
Chris and Megan Davis live in Florida with their two sons and operate Triforce CrossFit, a gym where the vision is to help people become more healthy, fit, and confident.
