This can be a freeing experience for many people who are used to working out in traditional gyms. Crossfit is also a community-based workout, which means that you'll get to know the people you're working out with. This can be a great way to make friends and to stay motivated. Nathan Bourne lives by the belief that “service to many leads to greatness”. He has found a way to serve the many through leadership all while being passionate about his family and his fitness journey. In this episode, Nathan, Chris, and Megan talk about CrossFit journeys while inspiring listeners to work on their relationships outside the gym, build businesses, and strengthen their relationships with their families.


Chris and Megan Davis live in Florida with their two sons and operate Triforce CrossFit, a gym where the vision is to help people become more healthy, fit, and confident.
