In this episode , I piggy back off of the last episode “A Lil Unstable” . Sometimes we rush through those hard feelings because we feel pressured too “get over it” or perhaps because we feel unsupported. I’m here to tell you, it’s ok to sit with your feelings and it’s ok to speak up and tell folks , “I’m struggling a little bit” . You’re not weak and you’re not missing out on anything when you’re not able to move through the tough emotions in a “timely manner” . Give yourself some grace and space to simply be.
