In this episode , I piggy back off of the last episode “A Lil Unstable” . Sometimes we rush through those hard feelings because we feel pressured too “get over it” or perhaps because we feel unsupported. I’m here to tell you, it’s ok to sit with your feelings and it’s ok to speak up and tell folks , “I’m struggling a little bit” . You’re not weak and you’re not missing out on anything when you’re not able to move through the tough emotions in a “timely manner” . Give yourself some grace and space to simply be.

In this episode , ya girl was feeling a little down … actually a lotta down . I’ve found that talking through tough moments … confusing feelings… low feelings etc. helps to process what’s going through my mind … so join me as I talk through what I’m going through . It is my hope that this inspires you to do the same . If you don’t have a close friend or family member that you trust , grab a pen and write or record yourself … even if it’s feels a little uncomfortable at first , I promise it’s worth it .

Have you ever been consumed with an idea of what life should or would look like if or when you achieved a certain goal? It’s not easy waiting on God to replace the old with the new , however , we must trust that what is coming will be better than what we left behind. Our future selves deserve better ! We deserve to grow and evolve .

Sometimes our feelings will cause us to stay stuck.It’s easy to wallow in self pity but we mustn’t allow those moments to prevent us from moving forward. I provide a few scripture references that will hopefully encourage you and remind you that you’re not alone and you can keep going in the Name of Jesus ! Amen? Amen. God tells us to not be afraid, but the way life is set up, there are times where we find ourselves shaking in our boots lol . In this episode I will share with you a few people in the Bible that faced circumstances in which fear showed itself to be real ! If you’re feeling alone in your circumstances or feel as if you’re wrong for being afraid , literally FEAR NOT lol because you’re not alone and you’re not wrong . Fear comes with Preparation , Process and Purpose . We may not see why God is taking us through these situations in which we experience fear, but we must remember and know that it’s all for a greater purpose and it’s working out for our good.
